Garrison Fence

This type of fence is perfect for those who want a bit more security but still want a free and open feel

Fence Restructure

This fence in South Hedland had 6 posts that had rusted through. To be more cost effective we reused the concrete footings. This is done by drilling into the old footing, setting in anchor bolts with chemset, welding a new section with a plate to the existing post and bolting it down. We then grout around the post with structural grout to prevent further corrosion. This process is an option if you still have solid structural posts intact

St Cecilia's

St Cecilia's approached us with water ingress issues, further inspection of the roof showed us some serious rusting of the roof sheets and screws. The screws were not the correct type for coastal areas, we had to rust treat and paint every screw hole, then replace 4000 screws. This process has prolonged the roofs life by years!

L.U.X Nails.

Our first shop fit out, something a little different, but the results speak for them selves! TSP can do anything.

This leaky old roof was well over due for a complete overhaul, it also gave us an opertunity to upgrade the insulation, resulting in a much cooler home

Traine Transformation

This ex homes-west house was in dire need of some attention. We removed the wall in the kitchen to open it up through the lounge, fresh floor coverings throughout and a lick of paint and it looks a million bucks

Kilburn Lane, London, UK

April 25, 2018

This was our final loft in London, our visas were up and it was time to go home. Our final loft was in Kilburn lane, North East London. Our client wished to add to his three bedroom unit, a forth self-sufficient unit, in his attic, complete with cook top and ensuite

South Wimbeldon Loft, London, UK

Completed in historic South Wimbledon this Loft had to abide by stricked heritage laws. This provided problems as we could not touch the front of the building, but the client wanted another bedroom, ensuite and office up there, after some careful and clever planning we came up with a solution which kept the council and client happy.

Edburne Road, London, UK

This was our first Loft conversion we completed sub-contracting for a London based company called LoftKing. It involved a lot of compliance measures to make sure we followed industry standards adequately. It was the first on the street so we had eyes on us, both from the local residents and council. Successfully completed on time and within budget, it’s a great example of delivering on our promise of quality work while ensuring absolute client satisfaction.
